CVS Shopping Trip

I have to say I am pretty excited about the savings I had from my shopping trip at CVS this evening! I had my list ready, my coupons all tucked away in my organizer and my circular in my hand and was ready to save!

Here is a break down and the coupons that I used:

I totally took advantage of the Suave ECB Deal...

I use Buy 2 Get One Free Coupon on Suave Kids Shampoo - 2/$3...with coupon get 2 free!...I saved $3!

I used Save $1.00 on 2 Lotions 2/$6 with coupon it was 2/$5

I used 2 Save $1.00 on deodorant...1/$1...with coupon it was one for .50...I bought 4 of them!

I used 2 Save $1.00 on Any Carefree Product...they were $1.00...so the two I bought were free! 

I used 2 Save $1.00 on Colgate Optic White Toothbrush...on sale $3.49 with coupon $2.49 but got $2 ECB back...so after that I got each of them for .49! 

I used 2 Save $1.00 on Any Mars Easter Candy...well I went to the Magic Coupon Machine to check the price of their Snickers Eggs and Milky Way Bunnies...2 for .75...with coupon they each ended up being .25 with my coupon on top of their sale! 

In the end with the other items...hairbands $3.19 (Buy One Get One Free) and what we call "Movie Candy"...2/$3 (used Save .75 on 2 Wonka or Nestles Candy) all of this came to $59.43 before they scanned my CVS card...with their store sales and my 25% off coupon on entire purchase it went down to $41.95 and after the cashier scanned my coupons my grand total was $25.37...a 60% savings! Plus...I got 2 $4.00 ECB! I was pretty excited with that and so was my hubby! 

I will be back again sometime next week and will let you all know how that trip ended up!
